How do we get started?
Step 1: Let’s get to know each other.
First, fill out my contact form so I can get to know a little bit about you and your business.
From there, I’ll send you an invitation to schedule a call to chat more about your needs and how I can help solve your problems.
Step 2: Making it official.
If we are both a good fit, I’ll send you a custom project proposal with an outline of the estimated timeline, pricing, and other details about our collaboration together.
When you agree, you’ll sign the contract digitally and pay an uprfront and non-refundable fee of 50%. This reserves your spot in my design calendar. I only take on a limited number of clients so this reservation is essential.
Step 3: Kickoff.
You’ll receive the kickoff email with your project roadmap. This will confirm all the goals as well as deadlines for what we both need to do. Every project is a little different, but I assure you it will always be a communicative, collaborative experience that is easy, exciting and enjoyable.
Step 4: Launch!
Your project is complete. Now it’s time for the final fixes and your approval. The final payment will unlock the agreed upon deliverables. I hope you’re excited as I am!
How long do projects take?
Each client, business and project is different, but estimated timelines will be given.
Where are you located?
I’m originally from the U.S. After living in Los Angeles for 12 years, I thought it would be an amazing adventure to start slow traveling around the world.
And so, Hopemade is a global, location-independent studio. Currently I am exploring Montreal, Canada, but I work with clients worldwide. Whether you’re in L.A. or Rome, the design process is the same.
Do you work on weekends and/or holidays?
No, sorry. I’m in the office Monday through Friday. My current hours are 10AM – 6 PM EST.
If there are any changes to my hours due to time zone switching, it will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
You can expect a response to the form within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
